To the qualified electors of the County of Ogemaw, State of Michigan, notice is hereby given that a Special Election will be
held Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

THE POLLS OF SAID ELECTION WILL BE OPEN AT 7 O’CLOCK A.M. AND WILL REMAIN
OPEN UNTIL 8 O’CLOCK P.M. OF SAID ELECTION DAY.
OGEMAW COUNTY WILL NOT HOLD 9 DAYS EARLY VOTING FOR THE
MAY 7, 2024 ELECTION
Absent voter ballots must be mailed to voters no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 3, 2024. Registered voters may
contact their local Clerk to obtain an application for an absent voter ballot. For any other questions relating to the election
process, please contact your local Clerk.
To comply with the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille.
Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting the township/city clerk
in advance of the election. All polling locations are accessible for voters with disabilities. This notice is given as required
by law (MCL 168.653a)
